Delivery in Ukraine
Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by the Nova Poshta postal company. If the product is in stock, the order is processed and shipped within 3 days. If the item is out of stock, it takes up to 14 days to process and ship.
Delivery rates are available on the carrier's website https://novaposhta.ua/basic_tariffs. Delivery is paid by the buyer. In the case of exchange and return, the buyer also pays for the delivery. Unless we have mistakenly sent the wrong size/style or defective goods.
Inspect the goods upon receipt at the post office/courier. Once the goods are received by the buyer from the post office or address, we will not be liable for defects (stains, fabric defects, etc.).
The order can be delivered in two parcels from different warehouses.
Please note: If you order an item via a shipping carrier, the return period is 14 days from the date the package is received by the recipient specified in the order. The return and exchange policy remains unchanged.
Payment.
The order is placed upon full payment. Delivery is paid separately upon receipt.

Delivery abroad
Delivery abroad is carried out by the postal company Ukrposhta or NOVA POST. If the product is in stock, the order is processed and shipped within 3 days. If the product is out of stock, it takes up to 14 days to process and ship.
The cost of delivery is calculated individually when placing an order, as the cost of delivery depends on the weight of the parcel. Delivery is paid by the buyer when placing an order. All postal expenses are also paid by the buyer, as well as taxes and commission on the cost of the parcel. The buyer is obliged to familiarize themselves with information regarding taxes in the recipient's country; we do not inform the buyer about taxes in the recipient's country. If there is a tax, the buyer pays it upon receipt at the post office.
In the case of exchanges and returns, the buyer also pays for shipping. Unless we have mistakenly sent the wrong size/style or a defective product.

Payment from abroad
Orders placed on the website require full payment. Shipping costs are paid at the time of ordering.
For international shipments, we require full payment for both the order and shipping, as the postal service does not offer cash on delivery or allow the recipient to pay for shipping.
We do not ship to Russia and Belarus.
