Goods of good quality that do not fit for any reason (style, size, color) are subject to return and exchange within 14 days, provided that
- preservation of presentation and consumer properties;
- the original and undamaged packaging and labels;
- no traces of operation (odor, stains, etc.);
- the item was not subject to washing/dry cleaning;
- the item was not used in a photo/video shoot.
Goods of inadequate quality cannot be exchanged or returned. If the returned product is not eligible for exchange or refund, we will be forced to send it back at your expense. The shipping cost for the return/exchange of goods is paid by the buyer. In case of a refund transaction to your card, the bank's commission is deducted from the amount of the goods.
If you received something other than what you ordered and you paid for the delivery, we will compensate you for it.
The refund period is up to 7 banking business days from the date of receipt of the refund from you.
The funds are returned to the customer's bank account. The exchange order is sent after the new order is fully completed and the return is received from you, checked for its presentation.
Items that cannot be exchanged or returned: custom-made items, bodysuits, underwear, tops worn without a bra.
